HERBERT PARK
A visit to Herbert Park, is the perfect way to spend a Sunday morning and do as true Dubliners do. The idyllic park has so much going on, from its football and tennis pitches to its pond and yoga spaces, the fun never stops. Only a 15 minute amble from The Devlin, you can reward yourself for your steps with one (or two) dishes from the amazing range of food stalls in the parks farmers market. You’ll be spoilt for choice and no matter you choose; you won’t be disappointed! Held from 11am-4pm every Sunday, allow yourself a lie in before embarking on your food filled adventure.

AVAIVA STADIUM
The Leinster Rugby Team traditionally play in the Royal Dublin Society (RDS) but have been temporarily moved to the Aviva Stadium whilst the RDS undergoes renovations. Don’t miss out on your opportunity to see the Leinster Lion’s play in such a huge stadium, holding almost three times the capacity of the RDS arena, the Aviva creates an electric atmosphere for the rugby. Plus , The Aviva serves as a top venue for live music acts.
Less than a 10 minute drive, or a short half an hour stroll through the gorgeous Herbert Park, The Devlin is the perfect location for your stay. With an array of fab group rooms, it is the ideal base for you and your friends with so many amazing bars and restaurants to explore after the event.

Croke Park
Croke Park has been the heart of Irish sporting life for over 100 years and is the historic home of GAA. Located in Drumcondra, Croke Park is only a 20 minute drive away from Ranelagh. Croke Park primarily hosts GAA sporting fixtures and during its off season transforms into a world- class concert venue.

RDS
The RDS opened its doors in 1731 as a member’s club for philanthropists. Since its inception, the RDS has been a space for Irish culture and economy to expand and thrive. The buildings themselves are well worth a visit, as well as any of the mixture of events that are held there. Less than a 10 minute drive or a 20 minute walk through the gorgeous Herbert Park away, The Devlin is an ideal space for your stay.
